Broadway Dance Center will require proof of full vaccination for students, faculty, and staff starting Monday, Sept 6, 2021. This policy fulfills the New York City mandate requiring all indoor fitness, performance venues, and indoor dining establishments to require proof of vaccination.
Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?
Proof of vaccination may include the following (along with a State Issued photo ID):
You will only need to provide proof once, and your student account will be updated to reflect your vaccination status.
Q: What are the 3 authorized and recommended COVID-19 vaccines?
*If you are an international student and received a vaccine that has not yet been approved in the US, please contact [email protected]. Please note that we will accept proof of immunization for vaccines that have met the criteria for safety and efficacy set by the World Health Organization (WHO).
If you received the vaccine outside the U.S., you must have an official immunization record that includes:
Q: When am I considered fully vaccinated?
Q: What if I have already had COVID-19?
Q: What if I am under the age of 12, and cannot receive the vaccine?
Q: Will I still need to wear a mask during class?
Q: What if I am unable to receive any of the COVID-19 vaccines due to a medical or sincerely held religious belief?
