Jessica "Rabbit" Francis was born and raised on Martha's Vineyard. There, Kelly Peters opened his first Hip-Hop school of New England and Jessica fell in love with the art dance.
Jessica attended Illadelph Legends Hip-Hop Dance Festival in Philadelphia and studied with world-class choreographers and teachers such as Rennie Harris, Mr. Wiggles, Crazy Legs, Suga Pop, Boogaloo Sam and Don Campbell. Jessica has also worked closely with The Floor Lords, Nu Styles, and K-Mel since a very young age.
Jessica was bound for greatness; always knowing she would end up in the Big Apple working with the best. Jessica hit the stage dancing for Rashard Lewis' Wedding, Reebok, Magick Blyss ENT, One World Tour with Charlie Wilson and Kirk Franklin and assisting at the PULSE, Dean College, and St. Johns University.
Jessica has appeared on The Mo'Nique Show (BET),Do Dat Dance (Music Choise), Early Show (CBS), Good Morning America (ABC) and many more. She has also for Kelly Peters' Make it Happen Hip-Hop Instructional DVD and worked with Jim Jones, KRS ONE & Buckshot, Bruck-up & Shaggy, Arika Kane, Bleona Qereti, and her newest project, Cherry, with Timbaland Productions.
Jessica has been teaching since age 13 and choreographing since she moved to New York City. From teaching private lessons, to working with many different up-and-coming artists, she has developed a patience and loving energy that she shares with her students.
Jessica is always expanding and trying new things, incorporating different styles of dance into her choreography as well as working on her clothing line. All she has to say is, "Laugh at yourself daily, try something new, hard work pays off, and EVOLVE!"
