Spencer Liff is a New York based Choreographer and Performer. His choreography has been seen regularly on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" and ABC's "Dancing with The Stars." He is currently choreographing Saturday Night Fever for Royal Caribbean Productions, and the upcoming production of The Wedding Singer for Musical Theater West.
As a performer, Spencer has had a long successful career, appearing in many Broadway shows, films, and TV. He got his Equity card at the age of 7 on the 1st national tour of The Will Rogers Follies, directed by Tommy Tune. He made his Broadway debut at the age of 10 in Big: The Musical, while also training classically at the School of American Ballet. At the age of 23 he won the Fred Astaire Award as "Best Male Dancer on Broadway" for his performance in Cry-Baby. His Broadway credits include 9 to 5, Equus, Cry-baby, The Wedding Singer, and Big: The Musical. His Film Credits include "Hairspray," "Across the Universe," "Gypsy," and the upcoming re-make of "Footloose." He has performed at "The Academy Awards", "The Grammys," "The Tonys," and "The Kennedy Center Honors."
