Eric Negron was born and raised in the heart of Spanish Harlem and takes the creative pulse from generations past and applies it to Pop culture. This new and fresh style of Hip-Hop brings together an exceptional blend of Salsa, House, Popping and Locking, Breaking, and Reggae.

During high school Eric auditioned for Mariah Carey and was selected, from 175 individuals, to join her national tour. Due to the constraints of school, Eric had to turn down this opportunity. “It was a hard decision I had a chance to do what I loved, which does not come around everyday, but at the time I felt school would further my career.” Later, as progressive opportunities arose and with the support of his mother Eric made the career move to dance.

Now after fully immersing himself in the industry, Eric has made amazing headway by dancing for: Beyonce, JLO, Missy Elliot, Chris Brown, Daddy Yankee, Nas, Mario Beenie Man, Salt-N-Pepa, Radigga, and Amerie. He adds a style that is abstract, innovative, and rhythmic to the already thriving dance scene.

Dance and choreography go hand-in-hand: “I really don’t care which one I am doing as long as I am moving to the beat.” In the next year, Eric would like to branch out from his roots in backup dancing and use his unique style to choreograph hot and exclusive moves for artists.

Eric had the option to be a ‘cookie-cutter’ image of everyone else in the industry copying dance styles and attitudes but he chose to be different. Eric not only is a magnificent dancer, but after spending two seconds talking with him you realize that there is only one word to call this HOT-SHOT, humble.
