Ricky Palomino was an original member of Cedar Lake Dance Company in New York City, H.T Chen Dance & Co. and was an Alvin Ailey and Broadway Dance Center Scholarship Recipient with prior training from Ballet Arizona.
Ricky was a Dancer on Season Three of the hit FOX show, So You Think You Can Dance, as a Contemporary Dancer and was recently a Macy’s Stars of Dance Dancer for Dancing With the Stars and was one of Movement One’s Dance Documentary Dancers created by Emmy-Nominated Choreographer Teddy Forance.
Ricky recently Choreographed the 90 minute show, Daylight Come, in Los Angeles as well as the 55 minute Theatrical Show The Transit of Venus for the Kielecki Teatr Tanca in Kielce, Poland. Ricky was most recently seen on LifeTime TV’s, Raising Asia, Dance Moms, and Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition Season 1. He has been a Master Teacher/Choreographer for West Coast Dance Explosion, iHollywood, CanDance, and SHOCK Dance Conventions, and has guest taught as a Master Teacher at numerous Dance Studios around the globe.
Ricky assisted Emmy Award Winning Choreographers, Mia Michaels on Season Four of So You Think You Can Dance, Cirque Du Soleil’s Believe Show Featuring Criss Angel "The MindFreak” Choreographed by Emmy Award Winning Choreographer Wade Robson, is currently Assisting on SYTYCD with Emmy Award Winner, Tyce Diorio, and also assisted Emmy-Nominated Choreographer Chris Scott on SYTYCD season 9.
Ricky has worked alongside Gloria Estefan and has choreographed for The Pointer Sisters, Kristine W, Taylor Dane, and the legendary Patti LaBelle. Aside from movement, Ricky has also recorded two music albums which can be found on iTunes, distributed in more than 22 countries: Hyperactive Involvement, and Amateurely Honest.
