Ali Pfleger is an NYC based dancer and choreographer, born and raised in Southern California. Growing up to close to Los Angeles, Ali began to immerse herself the industry at an early age. While training at a high school for the arts in the commercial dance conservatory, she began working with known choreographers and apprenticing professional companies in LA. Class Descriptions

Contemporary

Class provides students with a space to be open and welcoming to challenges. My hope is that everyone leaves feeling open-minded, in love with dance, and proud what our bodies are capable of. We start with a movement based warm up, then explore a couple thoughts through improvisation, or we may jump right into learning a phrase. My work includes many textures and qualities of movement and often utilizes speed and intricacy. Musicality guides it all. My class is a space of learning, exploring, and growing for everyone in the room, including myself.
