Eric Campros

Eric John Campros has enjoyed a varied career as a dancer, choreographer, and educator. Highlights include the legendary Grease on Broadway and performances with the Backstreet Boys, Aaliyah, Usher, and Mikaela. He has danced in films including the hit Bollywood Musical Jaaneman, Casadoodle, and Across the Universe. Choreography credits include Sal Valentinetti from America's Got Talent, boys bands Real Soul and Connexion, Carnival Entertainment, Japanese Animation Studios, the Fox network upfronts, Levis, Wrangler, and Nissan industrials, commercials for Famous Footwear and TJ Maxx, and most recently for the short film NYC Stories.

As an educator Eric created a 2-year dance-based curriculum for Hebei Art College and Shandong University in China, and is a guest teaching artist at Yale, Sacred Heart University, MSU, Lick Wilmerding High School, and Hillsborough College. His work has been commissioned around the world, most recently in India, Russia, England, Paris, and Canada. In December Eric was honored by the Indian Government in a ceremony recognizing his contribution to the arts and humanities in Telangana. Recently Eric was the keynote speaker at a conference in Moscow; Erasing Conventional Boundaries For the Realization of Creative Potential, where he spoke about the challenges of navigating a career in the rocky landscape of the dance world.
