Ryan Spencer

Born and raised in Minnesota, Ryan Spencer has been in involved in the arts since the age of 3. Training with numerous studios around the metro, he became independent at 15 years old and started traveling nationally and internationally to take class, perform, and choreograph.

Ryan is a graduate of the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists, and is living in Los Angeles continuing his career in dance while being signed by Clear Talent Group. He has taught and set choreography at studios in Minnesota, Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, California, Australia, Italy, and Broadway Dance Center in New York City.

Some of Ryan's professional accomplishments include assisting choreographer Nina McNeely on Fitz and Tantrums music video for The Walker, dancing in Low’s music video for Plastic Cup, America’s Got Talent, the Carlson Company, the St. Paul History Theatre’s production of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, and A Bun For a Door Handle, under the direction of Jon Ferguson/Theatre Forever.

Ryan has danced with Billy Bell’s Lunge Dance Collective; he is a dancer for Juliette Irons’ Art-uncensored; as well as a performer/dancer for a new company in Los Angeles, AXIOM, under the direction of Denna Thomsen. He is now Assisting Founder/Artistic Director of collidEdance Erica Sobol, which has led him to travels around North America, Australia, Argentina, Italy, and Sweden; and recently assisted/danced in her new show runaway! in coordination with the Capezio ACE Awards and Break The Floor.

Ryan feels so lucky to be able to dance and be inspired everyday.
