Step Up 3D!

New York stepped out into the streets of Times Square to compete for the best STEP UP 3D Dance Dub and we need YOUR vote!
Broadway Dance Center was selected as one of four studios across the US to participate in the Step Up 3D Dance Dub online video contest! We had over 100 dancers participate in our video, which took place in our NYC studio and in Times Square. The video was shot in one continuous take and was a huge success! You can see choreography in the video by Q, Shyrelle Kalilikane, Michelle Dorrance, Kelly Peters and Derek Mitchell! If BDC wins the Step Up 3D Dance Dub contest, we'll get a gift card to best buy to get something for our studio!

SHAKE THAT ORANGINA!

Broadway Dance Center along with Orangina have organized an Online Dance Competition called Shake That Orangina! Dancers of all styles from around the world can upload their dance videos and compete for an amazing prize! The 3 best dancers will win a 2 week customized Dance Experience at Broadway Dance Center working with the best choreographers!

We are taking into account your availability: this is an open date workshop! 

You will win the following:

• Flight to New York City
• Accommodation during 2 weeks in New York
• You will attend 30 Broadway Dance Center drop-in classes during 2 weeks
• Private class with Broadway Dance Center instructor
• Performance with the ISVP showcase (if the dates of attendance coincide with our showcase dates)
• Lunch with a Broadway Dance Center instructor and New York City dance agent
• Attendance to a Broadway show

dance competition for dancers of all styles. Ballet, Ballroom, Disco, Folk Dance, Highland Dance, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Modern Dance or Tap Dance. It is very easy to compete:

2. Get your friends to vote for you
3. Become a finalist (every month 8 finalists are selected. In September 32 finalists will compete for the 3 tickets to this Dance Experience!)

Join our Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Team!

It's our 5th year of participation in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Central Park, and we'd love for you to join our team.

You can walk with us in support, help us raise money to reach our $2,500 goal, or both! We appreciate your support in any capacity, as we walk for a cure.

Please tell your friends about our team and encourage them to sign up to walk with us. This year will be the best yet! The event will take place in Central Park October 17, 2010

The funds we raise will make sure that people in our community:

• Have the information and tools they need to prevent breast cancer or find the disease early when it’s easiest to treat
• Have a place to turn for help 24/7 if they are faced with breast cancer
• Benefit from the progress being made toward finding breast cancer’s causes and cures.
• Get access to life-saving mammograms and treatment
