Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, RaúlContreras is currently working on Broadway as a Dance Captain, Swing and U/S Santiago in Moulin Rouge The Musical! He is a former company member of Ballet Hispánico, Ballet Metropolitano de Monterrey, Cuerpo Etéreo and Metamorphosis Dance Collective. He has danced pieces from renowned choreographers such as Anabelle Lopez Ochoa, Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, Iratxe Ansa, Edgar Zendejas, and Tania Perez Salas, among others.
HarryFrancis (he/him) is a West End performer, who has recently moved to New York City from the UK. Most recently, Harry played Neleus in the West End production of MaryPoppins. Other West End/London credits include Mark in A Chorus Line, Tom Thumb in Barnum, Mungojerrie in Cats, U/S Boq in Wicked, Elder Thomas in The Book of Mormon, and Lewis/Theo in Pippin.
Ross Thompson is absolutely thrilled to be teaching at BDC! He was last seen in Northern Stage's production of Matilda playing The Doctor and has performed at numerous regional houses throughout the country. He's recently been showcasing more and more of his choreography around NYC (Arts for Alz, Think Tank Showcase) and is ecstatic to have a platform and a safe space to continue teaching. Let's keep moving and grooving together, even in these chaotic times!
Adam Wedesky (they/them, @adamwedesky) is an NYC based choreographer, mentor, and performer. Adam is a member of the guest faculty at the world renowned Broadway Dance Center and Cat Cogliandro’s catastrophe!
LillianColon is a veteran dancer, having been in the entertainment industry since the age of 16. She currently teaches jazz in New York City. Among many of her accomplishments in the dance world, Lillian is the First Latina Radio City Music Hall Rockette and honored by the newspaper El Dario in 1997 as The Puerto Rican Woman of The Year. She has appeared as a Guest of Honor and Godmother in 3 Puerto Rican Day Parades.
NathanMadden received his BFA from the the Juilliard School, attended HSPVA, Houston, and Atlanta Ballet academies. He has taught and performed around the world and with each experience of stage, film, and studio, becomes more of a well rounded creative force.
