This class is about empowerment through finding your voice and using your body to express that voice carefully and specifically. Yes, there is a full warmup/workout...Yes, there is across-the-floor...and Yes, there is a lot of talk of technique, dynamics, and execution in heels! But I like to call this class Body Language because, to me, the most important tool in life is communication!

I believe it is not always about WHAT you say but HOW you say it! What does your Body Language say about you?
