Julian DeGuzman

Julian DeGuzman is originally from New York City. He started training and dancing at the age of 7, and moved to LA at the young age of 15 to pursue his dream career in dance. He has since appeared in numerous television shows including The Ellen Show, Jennifer Lopez’s World Of Dance, Saturday Night Live alongside Pharrell, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Will.i.am, America’s Best Dance Crew -Season 7, Paula Abdul's Live to Dance, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Ttree lighting with Mariah Carey, and most recently with Daddy Yankee at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in Mexico, Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey, and Janet Jackson. Latest choreography credits include KPop group NCT127’s “Kick It,” the LA Clippers professional women’s, and kids dance teams.

Julian has also appeared on various topics commercials including Macy’s, Target, the Gap, and Chuckie Cheese. He has also taught at numerous conventions and workshops around the world in addition to his regular faculty positions at the KAOS Convention, IMMASpace, and Playground in Los Angeles.

Julian is extremely grateful and humbled by his journey so far and enjoys passing on his experiences to his students through his unique, challenging and fun choreography in each class.
