Jon Lehrer was raised in Queens, NY and received his B.F.A in Dance from the University at Buffalo where he took his very first dance class at age 19 on a dare from a girlfriend.

DJ Smart has been described as innovative, quintessential, and arguably one of the most versatile and gifted performers of his generation. As an internationally acclaimed artist, he has rapidly become a highly recognized dancer, actor, choreographer and teacher in all facets of the industry. Mr. Smart is a graduate with honors from the University of the Arts where he received his BFA in Ballet Performance. In addition to his degree, he was the recipient of the prestigious “Stella Moore Prize” and the “Outstanding In All Styles” Award.
