Calvin is the Founder and Artist Director of Calvin Wiley Dance Theater (CWDT), a concert and commercial performance group based out of NYC. He is the President and Founder of LEAD®, a leadership education system that’s instructor driven and geared to change how instructors are educated. He is also Creative Director of his signature dance class CALVINOGRAPHY® which has taken dance beyond the dance studio and to the people… gyms, homes, parks, and corporate environments.
