A great first class for everyone! Learn all you need to know: from stretches right through the first positions and steps of Ballet. A very sensible and FUN approach to dance.
Assumes the knowledge of both the Basic and Beginner Ballet class. We continue to learn new steps and transitions to enable us to dance and express ourselves with excellence. There is a focus on “healthy” technique to create strong/flexible bodies! Very good for refreshing your ballet foundation and for professional dancers returning from hiatus.
Ballet with a beat! In this class you will build strong technique to music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and today!
Have fun building your strength, placement, balance, line and stamina to your favorite songs.
Ballet is your foundation for great dancing!
