Elodie Dufroux was born in Loudun, France. She was first introduced to dance at the age of 7 as an after school activity at a dance studio back home. After finishing her college degree in France, she moved to the United Kingdom to pursue a Masters in Science of International Business Management where she rediscovered her love for dancing at the renowned Pineapple Dance Studios.
