Born and raised in the south of France, Florian Fructuoso graduated as a Jazz dance teacher in 2008. He's had a colorful and eclectic career in Europe as a performer, dancing in cabarets, on cruise ships, television, and in the French versions of Mamma Mia! The Musical and The Wizard of Oz. He also taught at Studio Harmonic, and Le Studio International des Arts de la Scène in Paris.
His path led him then to North America where he choreographed and directed his first full length piece Turn On The light in NYC, followed by Sounds Of Your Soul and Emotional Balance for Toronto's NUIT ROSE FESTIVAL in 2014 and 2015.
In 2017, he became part of the RWS Entertainment family, performing in Dance Dance Dance: Heartbeat at Hersey Park (choreographed/directed by Chip Abbott) and being a Show Supervisor assistant for their collaboration with Holland America Cruise Line.
Florian is now focused on helping people increasing their body and emotional awareness: he teaches bodyART, created MEED Class (Movement Exploration and Emotional Discovery) and practices sophro-analyse, a technique designed to understand our emotional patterns and the limitations we create for ourselves.
ISVP Alumni from Broadway Dance center, he is honored to teach there, in his home away from home since 2015.
