Teacher Bio

Gianni Goffredo was born in Italy and started his training at La Scala Ballet School in Milan. He then continued his education at the Ballett-Akademie Hochschule fur Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany and graduated in 2012.

Class Descriptions

Ballet

Gianni’s class focuses on pointe work for both male and female in an engaged and encouraging environment. The class will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes and will include dynamic barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. The focus will be on strengthening the feet and ankles and learning to smoothly transition Pointe steps to form combinations and to continue to improve strength and develop skills in executing more difficult movements. While giving individual attention to his students, excercises will progress into greater speed, control, strength, stamina and complexity.
