Lynette Johnson is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach an All Levels Yoga class at Broadway Dance Center. It has been a privilege for her to guest teach many yoga classes at BDC. She has had quite a following in the classes she has guest taught as well as the classes she teaches elsewhere in NYC.

This all levels core stretch class is an upbeat, full body conditioning class that focuses on core strength!
This class will be based on an iyengar/ashtanga blend of yoga. This alignment based yoga class will focus on correct alignment by presenting postures in challenging ways.
While there is a flow to the class, students will also be encouraged to increase their flexibility, balance, and strength by holding and breathing into poses.
New students will develop a familiarity with basic yoga poses, while experienced yoga students are encouraged to explore more challenging poses. Everyone will be challenged, yet encouraged to practice at their own level.
