Meghan McFerran is a professional dancer, fitness trainer and entrepreneur in NYC. She is the founder of CitySweat, a signature dance-inspired training method that blends sculpt, cardio and stretch. Meghan recently worked as the Choreography P.A. and dancer in the new Warner Brothers Film In the Heights.

Dance Cardio Class is a party! Meghan aims to bring positivity, light, fun and the biggest and best energy to each class. This class is a blend of Meghan’s background in contemporary, modern, hip-hop, jazz, and theater along with her extensive training in low-impact fitness methods. Dance Cardio challenges all dance and fitness levels/abilities and serves as a celebration rather than a workout. Meghan constantly implements proper alignment and movement execution to prevent injury. The class begins with a light cardio and stretch warm-up, standing abs and follow-along dance cardio moves, then moves into a fun dance cardio combination. Class ends with a celebration and a stretch. The goal is to have fun, increase strength and endurance, and find inspiration to keep upgrading your mind, body and spirit every day.
