Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Thomas Varvaro's formal training includes, The Ailey School, Fiorello H. LaGuardia HS of Music and Art and Performing Arts, and The School of American Ballet.He holds a BFA in Dance from the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program.

Thomas was a member of Ailey 2 from 2011-2013. During jis time in Ailey 2 he had the opportunity to perform on So You Think You Can Dance Poland, Dancing With The Stars Bulgaria...read more

Class Description

Thomas Varvaro teaches a well rounded Contemporary Modern/Ballet fusion. The class draws inspired movement from Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham, and George Balanchine styles and ideologies. Further influence from Elisa Monte and Tiffany Rea Fisher. The class is truly contemporary modern as it covers a broad genre of movement styles combined into core driven, stamina based movement.
