Joesar Alva is a Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer, and Animator currently living in Los Angeles California. Originally from Virginia, Joesar got his start on Culture shock DC before he made the move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in dance and animation. Besides being a force in the dance industry, Joesar's class and teaching style draws students from all over the world. With care and patience for beginners, to his excellence with foreign students, he is a seasoned teacher like no other.
Born and raised in Baltimore, SayQuon Keys has been dancing since the young age of 5. During his middle and high school years, "Quon" would choreograph/perform in Fashion, talent, and hair shows, which acted as a platform for him to hone his craft.
JLyn is a multifaceted artist with talents in dance, choreography, and teaching. In high school, she won a scholarship to train at Cleo Parker Robinson Dance School in Denver, Colorado, and later went on to obtain her BA in Dance at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Alan Robert was born in Reunion Island (French Territory). He started breaking at a young age and decided to move to new York to pursue a career in dance. He started training in different styles and along the way was lucky enough to work with amazing teachers and choreographers. His credits includes Man in the Mirror (international tour), Madonna's "Gimme All Your Luvin' " music video, and Real Housewives of New Jersey with Cris Judd.
Christopher Palacio started his dance training in 2002 at Nassau Community College. In 2003 he began to train with The Eglevsky Ballet out on Long Island and in 2004 he was asked to join the company. Shortly after, Chris began to dance with Genesis Dance Company, a Horton based company. He also worked with a few universities and theater companies on Long Island, where he has danced several roles in several shows!
J9 (she/her), aka Janine Micheletti, is a native New Yorker, a Hip-Hop dancer, and a street fusion choreographer. Her dancing credits include Madonna, 070 Shake, "The Devouring" in Times Square, Spotify, Mountain Dew, Comedy Central and more. She graduated from SUNY Purchase’s School of Art and Design with a concentration in photography. Thereafter, she has spent most of her professional life as a visual artist and accomplished textile designer. In 2009, she began taking dance classes again as a hobby.
Straight from The PULSE On Tour, Dave Scott danced his way "Straight Outta Compton" and right into Hollywood and a multi-faceted career in dance, choreography, and artist development spanning music, film, television, and commercials.
EMMY Award Winner Tyce Diorio has been a powerful force that is in the entertainment industry since he was a teenager. Originally from Brooklyn, Diorio attended New York City’s famed LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts and, at only 17 won Star Search while setting a new record with a perfect 4-star rating each week.
Gabriel Serrano was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where he began his dance training at Latin Fever Dance Studio. He continued his training at Broadway Dance Center, while simultaneously earning his BFA at The City College of New York.
