For Lauren and Chris, partnering is a shared experience between all bodies involved. It blurs the lines between "who’s leading who?" and is a true conversation between the couple and/or group. The focus will be on weight sharing, improvisation, and having intention behind movement. Added bonus: This class is also a kickbutt workout!
