Jazz technique with a funky edge. Students are encouraged to have fun by using their own personality and attitude while executing her stylish and relevant choreography.
Debbie teaches the importance of having discipline and classroom etiquette, as well as performance techniques for auditions that she has learned and used throughout her many years of auditioning and performing.
Debbie's fun, sassy style and dynamic choreography will encourage dancers to focus on musicality, acting and performance. Her choreography ranges from sharp, funky and hard-hitting to soft, groovy, and elegant, with a focus on clean lines and movement. This class will help dancers build confidence whether it's for themselves or for the stage and auditions. Shoes are mandatory.
Ever want to take a Heels class without Heels? This is the class for you! In Sultry Jazz Funk you will find sexy movements (no jazz technique required) and heels are completely optional.
