Lea Lachey is the Creator, Co-Director, Choreographer and Producer of the new Off Broadway show Label•less. Lea Lachey is the Creator, Co-Director, Choreographer and Producer of the new Off Broadway show Label•less. A proud Cincinnati native, she has worked professionally in many areas of the entertainment industry. Whether creating for stage or film, theater or concerts, she believes in the power of storytelling. Over the years, she has worked with organizations and artists including Radio City Rockettes, 98 Degrees, Missy Elliott, Walt Disney, the NBA and the NFL. Her work has been seen on the Today Show, Good Morning America, Miss Teen USA, MTV and VH1. Over the last several years, she has had the honor of working as choreographer and dance consultant on multiple films, including Carol, starring Cate Blanchett and Kyle Chandler, Miles Ahead, starring Golden Globe Award-winning actor Don Cheadle and Emayatzy Corinealdi; and A Christmas Melody, directed and starring Grammy Award winner Mariah Carey and starring Lacey Chabert. Lea is currently the Co-Artistic Director of Lachey Arts, a performing arts nonprofit.
As a teacher Lea believes that class is for growth not perfection. This is where we should feel open to try new things and emboldened to step out of our comfort zones. She believes in creating a space where we can all have authentic connection, achieve lofty goals and lift each other up.
