Sisco Gomez was born in London and is of Afro-Colombian heritage.
Sisco started his training at Westminster Dance Scene where he studied Musical Theatre, Jazz, Modern and Tap. He also went to the Saturday school at Sylvia Young Theatre School, and Pineapple Performing Arts School. At 16 he joined the Hip-Hop company Culture Shock. As well as working as a commercial dancer for over 15 years, Sisco has been a dance choreographer and a teacher in over 15 countries. From 2003 to 2009 he was Artistic Director of Dance 2xs United Kingdom, which trained dancers in a variety of forms, prepping them for the Commercial dance field. At the age of 21 he worked as a judge on the Ukrainian version of So You Think You Can Dance for 8 seasons, and then became a judge on the UK version of the show. He is also the recipient of the Best New Choreographer award at the UK satellite version of The Carnival: Choreographer's Ball in 2005.
Sisco has worked with artists such as Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Paula Abdul, Sugababes, Alexandra Burke, Geri Halliwell, Becky- G, Will.i.am, and Taylor Swift, to name a few. He was also the Choreographer of the UK Hit show The X-Factor, which then lead him to choreograph many TV shows in China.
Sisco's class is designed to help dancers make it in the Commercial Industry. He works on a dancers' versatility and performance technique, while also focusing on the importance of dance etiquette within the industry.
