Kaitlin Shaw started her casting career as an intern at Tara Rubin Casting in 2008 and has been with the office ever since. She is currently a Casting Director and proud CSA member.
Some favorite projects with Tara Rubin Casting include the upcoming Off-Broadway Production of Smokey Joe's Cafe (Directed and Choreographed by Joshua Bergasse), the current national tour of Les Miserables, Falsettos (Broadway), Disaster! (Broadway), Prince of Broadway (Broadway) Flashdance, the Musical (National tour), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Paper Mill Playhouse and La Jolla Playhouse), Little Dancer (Kennedy Center), and Clinton, the Musical (NYMF and New World Stages).
She has worked on the Broadway productions of The Band's Visit, Aladdin, Gigi, Les Miserables (25th Anniversary Production), The Phantom of the Opera, Bullets Over Broadway, Mothers and Sons, A Time to Kill, Big Fish, Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Promises, Promises and the Off-Broadway production of Love, Loss, and What I Wore by Nora and Delia Ephron.
Kaitlin won a 2016 CSA Artios award for casting Clinton, The Musical and has also been nominated for her work at Bucks County Playhouse. Kaitlin hails from Southern California and studied Dramatic Art and American Studies at University of California, Davis.
